Toe up socks are your best bet if you are trying to squeeze a pair of socks out of a small amount of yarn. You can adjust the length of the leg to accommodate different yarn amounts. If you have a yarn scale you can divide your yarn in half before you begin to make sure you have enough for the second sock. (This is not necessary for the two smallest sizes if using the given yarn). Watching the colors change as you stitch up these easy socks is an absolute joy!
